Mission #1

Sister Keeper Toiletry Drive

To coincide with Teen Self Esteem Month in May and to bring awareness to homelessness among teens, we host an annual hygiene toiletry drive. All month we collect personal items to help supplement everyday basic needs. Once the items are collected, they are beautifully and discreetly packaged in colorful and decorative pencil case holders to protect the privacy of the recipient as well as provide a level of respect. We then partner with schools and after school programming centers for distribution. Our passion for hosting this drive aligns with the motto: each one, reach one. Please visit our contact page and choose the donations tab to help support this important cause.

Mission #2

Cookies With Christ

To honor the legacy of the founder's late grandmother, Garnell DeRamus, we host an annual intergenerational home-made cookie bake. On the second Saturday of every December people of all ages and generations are invited to join us to bake cookies from scratch. Participants are supplied with the favorite cookie recipes of the DeRamus family. All of the ingredients and supplies are provided by the foundation and is presented at no cost to participants. Participants must rsvp in advance to participate. Donations are accepted but not required. To help support and continue this precious legacy of homemade cookie baking, please visit our contact page and click the donations button.
